|Contributing to Growth – Lacoste
Lacoste has counted on Roundhouse for many years to contribute to its growth strategy. In part by relying on the effectiveness and efficiency of Roundhouse's EDI system, Lacoste has grown from 18 stores to 63 stores, and increased revenue from $180 million to $1.8 billion per year in less than five years. Over the years, Roundhouse has partnered with Lacoste to develop and implement all of their EDI systems. A promising organic children's clothing supplier was determined to reduce its costs to process EDI shipments. A review of their in-house EDI expenses compared with the cost to outsource with Roundhouse revealed an astounding 80 percent potential cost savings. Roundhouse, understanding the supplier's concern about missing a shipment during the transition, walked the supplier through their time-tested Roundhouse Conversion Process. Assured of a fluid changeover, the supplier outsourced all of its EDI volume to Roundhouse. They now enjoy prompt and reliable paperwork and deliveries, in addition to the cost savings that led them to outsource their EDI to Roundhouse in the first place.
